I believe the delay is due to the number of staff specialised in IF review at FDA. Not enough specialist there but they have confirmed that they are going though the requests submitted and its not a full stop.
Regarding BUB , political connections for sure worked well. They approved UK and australia first as they recently created a new strategic alliance with UK and Australia.
US is not happy with Jacinda as NZ want good relations with US and China both. There was no need for Biden to tweet about it but he did that marketing.
I sold A2 at $16 and bought back 36k recently. I hold BUB too.
