Yes, I think the main issue that the FDA is fairly incompetent, that much has been quite clearly demonstrated throughout the whole saga.
I also note that the handful of approvals they've managed have been, with the exception of BUB, for product from the overseas operations of their main domestic suppliers. It probably doesn't bode too well for all the other non-American companies. Even if they get their applications approved, I'm getting increasingly sceptical that they will be allowed to remain beyond November when the temporary rule change ends.
Good for BUB and they should definitely milk it while it lasts, but I can see why the initial SP euphoria for them was short lived.
