Someone correct me if I am wrong as I am no neurologist, from my understanding if there is behaviour change new synapses occur in the brain and if it is done long enough the brain undergoes synaptic change that is verifiable objectively and permanent.
They have not done long term studies on Trofenitide, so I am quietly thinking it is going to actually improve the condition itself.
