I so clearly remembering watching the 9-1recommendation for remestemcel-L's BLA. after spending hours listening to the discussions transmitted live. The elation!!! Then, the devastation after the FDA CRL. You read what happened with Biogen's Aduhelm and you can understand why so many have lost faith in the 'system'. I still believe in the science but I worry that the science may not be enough. I am still holding.
