FDA delay for ph 3 trial approval, page-50

Yep agreed. Personally I think the time taken by the FDA implies it's not a straight no but that they're deciding on the parameters for the phase 3 trials. Considering how much each patient in the trial costs that's a fairly significant decision from an ongoing cost perspective.
Surely it has to be very close now, this weekend??
If the FDA news is favorable and they don't immediately announce a partnership or at least say they are in late stage negotiations with a partner who is analyzing the FDA response then I think they'll wait a couple of days at most for the pump on good news then rattle the tin. If there is a decent pump without an immediate partnership announcement I'm definitely selling some early in the day, as PAR seems to tank late in the session after any decent announcement
