Just to put a cap on this issue, here is the FDA letter to Liveyon, the charlatans hawking the unapproved treatment that was reviewed in the podcast Good to view this letter through the lens of all of the hoops that MSB has gone through, and gives the FDA a real motivation to put its money where its mouth is and actually approve a stem cell treatment, with the bar set VERY HIGH (years and years and millions and millions of dollars to get to clinical trials that show efficacy and safety!):
