deal is probably done and dusted for the issue of 40m new fpo (as per announcement re: notice for agm).
They can't let that sp get ahead too far if they are issueing at 9c or under..!?!
Plus if the issue is done at 9c then the holders of current stock are happy to be offloading at anything above that price...
Maybe SLBPF (that's the otc adr's held by the bank of New York) will surprise the aussies with a push to a dime or over.
Believe me , not even the dilution is enough to hold it back if one of the biotech majors has its sights on Solbec
