    ACLs recent ANDA filing was approximately filed on the 11/3/2009 accordingly the FDA must issue guidance within 60 days advising whether the ANDA filing is substantially complete and therefore proceeds to approval within the 6 month GIVE initiative, This should be a market sensitive announcement and a substantial driver for further increase in ACLs shareprice/

    There is approximately 13 days before the end of the 60 day period.
    So anytime now.
