Hi Cans. There has been a lot of discussion about the White Jacket interview outside HotCopper too. And whose jacket was it? The red headed reporter, maybe?

I am not a Lawyer, however I believe the pre-recording would have been "legal" if the CCS-BC Agreement was conditional upon some "subject to" clauses being satisfied in the (very near) future. I suspect the subject to stuff took a lot longer than BB expected. Americans are experts at finding reasons to slow down the process to allow more time for them to remind you what a huge favour they are doing for you.
