Totally agree!
im not a big fan of getting rid of someone (though necessary) but just the time a new person starting will take to get on top of it scares me a bit.
Something mentioned in a post before is that no one strikes hard at the conference call. Everyone is too nice and he gets away with it while he keeps his hair just slick.
Why don't we use this forum to start formulating the questions we would like answered on Wednesday?
Then on Wednesday pick whichever you want and ask, you can even type it without having to talk at all.
