My understanding is the US FDA have 30 days to respond to the application. After this Prima should be free to commence trials. Firstly though, they will need to complete recuitment/selection of patients where the trials will be carried out. The 30 days should be up at sometime over the weekend, depending on when the application was actually submitted during the trading halt. This may mean they have until cob Friday 28th August in the US.
NB: I believe it is 30 calender days not 30 business days but cannot guarantee.
