The 50m shares purchase by the chairman soaked a lot of CR shares.
As far as I can tell the final 75µg dose extension for the RP11 SAD regime was done according to the new earlier stage criteria, not just for MAD only. Given the 30µg patient noticed results within 4 weeks, I do wonder if there is speculation on these results and or MAD starting this quarter.
Primate max safety was 50µg - 75µg is a fair bit out from that, so hopefully no problems re safety.
