I was just wondering would we be expecting Avexa to approach the FDA in regards to getting ATC to market prior to finding a partner or would their main goal at present be to find the said partner. It is unclear as to what their main approach now will be as both reasons/ possibilities were given when closing the phase 3 trial early.

Also, does anyone have any idea when the Tibotec announcement will be put forward. From earlier posts by PHE he stipulated it was a "done deal" however we were working on Tibotec's timeline and not ours. It just appears odd that they are getting to the final part of the extension with nothing released to the market. Could we be heading for another extension?

If anyone can shed some light on the above 2 queries/ questions it would be great
