    If anyones interested I've now got about a years worth of data from the Mobvoi smart watch. With a few simple changes in lifestyle and diet I have seen an improvement in the Arty score over time. You have to be consistent when using it but it definitely adds value. My wife is currently 26 weeks pregnant and she's also been enjoying using it as a tool (has been getting a slight racing heart etc). It's a nice glimpse of what the future may hold for CDX with the wearable band in development.
