I've been through an interesting exercise over the last 2 months.
I was averaging an overall Arty Score of 65 - 71 up until December ( 5 months or so ).
Another visit to my cardiologist in Jan , which explained the average HSX score.
While sharing my own health journey is not ideal, it gives me great conviction in the technology, so WTH, I'm sharing anyway !
Since mid- Jan, a programme of High Intensity training ( max heart rate for 40s, 1 min rest, repeat 3 times ) and a blood thinner has seen an extraordinary change. This makes sense to me ( in no way medically trained me ) .... thinner blood going through the aorta and the aortic valve, and the HIT should be "flushing & widening ".
My scores over the last 2 weeks :
HTX - 20% average, as opposed to 45% previous
Arty Score - 81 - 84, as opposed to 65 - 71
Well picked up Arty .... very impressed.
