Will this be good for CMQ?? Only time will tell. No doubt Bayer thought their compound was safe before getting to FDA application stage.

Could be bad for CMQ, it raises the possibility that CMQ might not get FDA approval. I keep wondering about the delay on plant commissioning caused by non-availability of valves - seems like a surmountable problem to me. I cannot understand why they cannot work around the problem, especially when they stand to make upto $1.5 million per month in sales. Could it be that sales are still in the distance?

On a brighter note, I see CMQ advertising for a Custmoer Services Manager in the Age executive advertisements today. So the company is still moving forward n setting up their marketing side.
