I'm referring to approval or sign off on the early feasibility study design (not overall device approval which I imagine is quite some time away).
As for a valuation at that point I'd suggest you estimate a reasonable number of TAVR's or market share that AVR could capture per annum, multiple by around $20k per unit, then subtract an appropriate amount for cost of goods and general company expenses.
