I was just reading the last FDA directive yesterday and have a question for you about Ethical Zinc. The directive states that the FDA will not object to the marketing of an OTC sunscreen product without an approved application if the product, among other requirements, contains one or a combination of the approved active ingredients. It lists "Zinc Oxide 24%," which is a higher concentration than I've seen in most mineral sunscreens. Does it matter to the FDA that Ethical Zinc is only at 22%, or were you able to go ahead and launch without an FDA application?
