Thanks @vestro. I started looking into the FDA directives after seeing a company slide about the white label product noting that third parties would have to use the Zinxation branding unless they got approval from the FDA for their own brand. But as far as I can tell, you wouldn't need to make an application to sell this formula in the first place. Any idea what's going on here? Just wondering how much freedom they are giving brands around packaging and labeling. Most of the value in the sunscreen business seems to be in market segmentation, which is difficult to do if consumer can clearly see that everybody is just putting different labels on the same product.
Also any idea what they are charging for 100mL for the MOQ of 5,000 units?
