As for Shane, I'm a huge fan of his work but I totally disagree with his prognosis of a sustainable high 60`s as the Australian growth rate along with its GDP is above trend line and for the foreseeable inflation point index..its not going down but up...wage growth is a problem along with an ageing population...time will tell....
