1. They're generating new safety data for this reason. Dr T has been open about this. It also provides buy out opportunities much higher when more data is available.
2. Catch yourself up on how busy all the founders were with other projects. Why would new management buy on market with their own cash and receive options well above the current SP?

How about you come here with some more substantiated facts and provide us with links / more hard data.
