If it’s a CRL then I’m assuming only Acadia (and insiders) would know and so announce to the market before the FDA publish it to their website. Up till now I also assumed the PDUFA date was inviolable, meaning it’s a legal requirement for the FDA to inform the applicant on or before that due date. Now I’m not sure…
