Would I be right in saying that this company has never done a CR?
Listed for almost 3 years on a $15m IPO and completed one entitlement offer for $6m which the major holder took their full $3m whack. And currently still have over $7m in the bank.
The method of farming down for some cash and minimal spend (eg. 40% to Dana Petroleum on the North Sea leases) and keeping the operatorship is different to the majority of shitco's on the ASX.
Looking forward to seeing how they finance the FPSO for development and production at Kuda Tasi and Jahal. Expecting that to come after a cracking 3D reprocessing. As they say:
"The Project is attracting interest from a diverse range of groups, not only industry partners but FPSO owners and other sources of development funding."
Big year coming up. At $11m MC and basically self funding? I think I just talked myself into buying more
