As @Onspeed said, the 1c spread didn’t help those optics, however it was on relatively low volume - less than $10k worth?
So I think it’s a bit of a stretch to say a leaky ship.
IMO the buyer simply met the market where the selling volume was available vs pushing the share price up there price levels / stock offered.
Bo genuine selling at current levels = Bodes well for the next stage of progress
