What's also interesting is that the listings on Prop.pk have dropped by approximately the same proportion, and Zameen's share of the market appears not to have dropped - see second graph below.
There has been a similar drop in the 1-week old listings, so I'm not sure it's simply a case of old ones being cleared up.
