I put fair value at around $0.90, but with a very high margin of error. Bought in at 47c and topped up at 55c, and sadly it's gone far beyond what I'd pay to buy more.
My data for June quarter listing numbers on Zameen show an increase of approximately 8% for Karachi and 4% for Islamabad compared to the March quarter. To the extent that revenue correlates with the number of listings, I'd expect there to be a bit of growth this quarter but nothing like the March result.
Market share against Prop.pk has been stable over the period.
