1. Your figures are pretty similar to mine: for the 10 largest markets, volume of listings was up a total of 8.2% since mid march. Annualised that's really healthy growth in listings.
2. However, this doesn't take into account figures we can't get our hands on which is the degree of turnover of those listings. Volumes may have increased by 8.2%, but turnover and speed of turnover of those listings could have grown by 20%, we just don't know or have that information.
- I was in at almost the same price as you average - 48.2cents a share. However I have not accumulated any more.
Having said that, InvestSmart have just started coverage with a speculative buy on FDV below 85 cents a share. InvestSmart are notoriously conservative on valuation, so giving it a buy below 85 cents a share implies the value of the business is far above this figure. Typically they're aiming for 100% increase in share price at least.
Will be interesting to see if Zameen has continued to grow revenue at 80%+ year on year.
