The more I read, the more I like this (and load up small parcels almost everyday). They have multiple new-property projects for E24 and Infocasas to transition their revenue model from classified/advertising model to transaction/commision model. So the transformation of these portals to Zameen-like portals is not that far away (maybe three years or so).
The only thing that I donot understand is why Catcha group (their founder) sold its shares at this exciting times. It happened 1-2 years: maybe veterans can shed light on that?
