the fdv pessimism over pakistan floods is unjustified.
This tragedy for Pakistan is only a blip for zameen transactions and does not change fdv and zameen competitive advantage.
remember all flood damage loses will be borne by owners and insurers.
As pakistan recovers and economy rebounds , fdv should do just as well.
My only thought is with the pessimism driving fdv down to 70c or less, should i buy more?
