Thanks for your comment. One should recognize an opportunity when he/she sees it. Stock price and business are two seperate things (and business dynamics are progressing well).
We have (i) network effects and (ii) leadership position (to provide the growth/upside) plus (iii) tech sharing across platforms (on the cost side).
On risk: (i) Political/economic risk is diversified (given the # platforms and counries), (ii) big countries are avoided (a niche is carved), and (iii) the management has converted few businesses in the past. Plus facilitating transactions solves the problem of institutional voids in emerging markets (value proposition).
Infocasas, itself, can be a Zameen (but fully owned by FDV) in a few years. I am not sure why analysts don't ask CEO about that (and its progress in Peru).
I am surprised that this came to my attention this late (I heard people dismissing it by broad brushes such as political risk; should have done due dilligence). This seems like a bottom drawer (which is not one business too).
