    I wonder whether it has something to do with ComputerShare US very slow in activating non-resident accounts & granting online access to converted FEAM / enabling DRS transfers (at least that was my experience -- gained access last Friday). Also, I topped-up at the opening instead of at close -- but 15% - 20% might not matter much in the longer term
