Totally agree.

Some people need to take a deep breath and relax.

If the deal was off, the SP would have gone straight to 0.001.

And note holders would stuck at the bottom as none will buy 245,000,000 shares of the shell company with no future

the management's reputation will be dead, no one will trust them again ever

As number of shares gone up, the SP came down,

In theory, shares doubled, SP should have been halfed,

however expectations keep the SP above of the halfed price

It is a spec so relax, as I said if the deal was of SP reaction would have very violent
