There is a limit to where even fear, irrationality and the herd mentality will lower a SP. At this tipping point, the potential benefits of being long outweight the potential gains of shorting. With cash in the bank, no debt, a certain, though lumpy, cash flow and a very promising pipeline, those who have have gained from falls in the SP to date will soon be faced with difficult decisions.
