I'd be annoyed if there is a capital raising now.

They should have enough cash judging by the quarterly to at least last until debt financing received...so can't see why they can't hold off a cap raising until later...hopefully at a higher sp.

To do one now would be poor capital mgt imo (though that's nothing new for junior mining stocks this year it seems)). Unless of course there really is a capex blowout in which case they probably don't have a choice.
