YST,
you ask,
Why cant god just plant christ in the world, surely u dont need adam to eat the apple to make that happen isnt it. Its a legit question and im just genuinely curious about it,
i'll try to explain it very quickly because i don't have much time at the moment, but it is a very important question,
Before the earth existed there was Heaven,
and Satan wanted to rule heaven, so he gathered a third of the angels and tried to take the throne,
He lost, Revelation 12,
so God created earth and cast Satan down, God then created man and put him in the garden of eden with a plan,
God is a just God, He wanted a family of "people, spirits", call them what you like who would love him, so He created man, and He knew man was flawed, so He created a set of laws to live by, so that if man would follow the laws, God would bless them, but He also knew that man, like a third of the angels who followed Satan, would go whoreing after other gods, so in His just wisdom, he made a way for mankind to be saved and also the temple cleansed in Heaven.
John 3 16, For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son in that whosever shall believe in Him shall not perish but have eternal life
Because of the sin in Heaven, the temple in heaven had to be cleaned,
Hebrews 9 22 28
Therefore it was necessary that the copies of the things in the heavens should be purified with these, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us; 25 not that He should offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the Most Holy Place every year with blood of another— 26 He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. 27 And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, 28 so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.
So you see Yst,
God could have just planted Christ in the garden, but then there would have been no need for a sacrifice, Adam would have not sinned and the temple in Heaven would have still been filthy with the sin of the fallen angels who followed after Satan
I hope that makes sense,
sorry if it's abit simple but i'll try and go into more detail if you wish
Cheers
