Look at the market - currently stagnent. Fear of the Europeans (debt crisis), the Yanks not recovering as well as was expected...
The entire market, including Instos are very much risk averse ATM.
This, is the only reason we are not moving.
For large investors like Swiss to take a larger stake in the Co is reason enough for ease?
Sit back, relax & enjoy the ride, 3 weeks time, we should know all?
