that makes sense -they have a choice of two. Collection House and Credit Corp are both on the ropes as you can't put spin on a "dull ball".
in other words, both could be very good buying as future takeover/merger potential targets.
then again, who in their right mind would pay a 20% premium to neutralise a couple of duds?
