Many new investors like to rely on binary checklists, and if there’s something that sticks out - it’s a pass. But as you gain more experience you’ll discover a lot more nuance in this, and be able to weigh pros/cons of different importance with more finesse.

No company is perfect. Sometimes mistakes are made, especially when you’re growing at pace. As others have highlighted, there lacks a proper motive - buying shares, low salaries. Certainly wasn’t the case at Wirecard. So it’s up to you on how you weigh all that up.
