Lev, the chairman has bought an insane amount of shares on market with his own $$ over many years (most recently buying at $6+) - management has more skin in the game than all other shareholders combined. Geoff, the CEO, would probably chop off his own arm rather than betray Lev, given their long history together and how much Lev has done for him personally and professionally.
The idea of fraud is stealing other people's $$, not your own.
Also Lev also has an impeccable track record as a businessman running ASX:TWD, making a lot of $$$ for shareholders over 20 years.
