Seems that azz has been getting driven down by fear. If you noticed the loan that azz has is due on the 15th which coincides with purchase. I am not sure how much they have drawn down on this loan but with next to no money in the bank, if any by now, there is a lot depending on this sale going through on the 15th. I lost a lot of money on oz minerals because I lost my nerve selling only days before the partial takeover due to the fear of loosing it all. AZZ is not in this type of trouble but they do need money so things could go pear shaped if sale didn't go through. However I am not going to loose my nerve on this stock as it seems to be a done deal. imo
