Why would you say that?
Why would the management upgrade their sentiment from
'good chance of the appeal being dismissed'
to
'we are very confident of a successful outcome'
and that is post the court hearing.
I wouldn't be too put off by the market depth. Last week we saw the sell side down to 1.5m and now it is up to 8.5. The depth can change on a blink and in my opinion I think there are a lot of people waiting on the sidelines ready to jump in at a moments notice.
Let's wait and see.
