Not so much because of the stock itself, merely because of some sort of downturn in the market etc.
Its a brilliant stock imho and has held up well recently even on down days on the ASX but with sellers stacked up at 30c and 29.5c, we could be bracing ourselves for a slight sell-off soon.
Anyhow, it'll only present itself with a buying op so no big deal :)
