I agree that the independence of the pre-feasibility study has to be a concern. But there are several indicators that have alleviated my concern to a certain extent. The diversity of major shareholders... Increased regulatory scrutiny in the last several years... The very conservative language and behavior of Fotios... Low insider trading... Enthusiasm for conducting a bankable feasibility study.

Have Fotios or Redhead ever been involved in any shady dealings or major projects-gone-bad? I don't get the feeling that is the case.
