Response so far a little muted...there are propbably alot of watchers thinking that there are a lot of companies out there with large NPV projects ready development so why PLa.
These people are not considering the potential of PLA's other Sth Af project, Kalplats which has MAMMOTH potential. It has a significant grade and is likely to get much larger as furhter exploration occurs...though even on current resources development is more than likely.
The base case scenario should be ignored as metal prices are not going back to those levels anytime soon. The expanded case is more realistic and metal prices are already above those figures. In my opinion, platinum has a lot further to rise as well.
Add in the potential to extend the resource into other companies adjoining tenements (a common occurrence in Sth Africa) and the story gets even better.
This is by far the best platinum stock to get into.
