feasibility relocating kingaroy plant to vic?

I'm wondering what happened to the agreements that were in place with Ignite Resources covering the massive UCG tenements in Victoria?

It is entirely feasible both logistically and financially that the Kingaroy plant/infrastructure could be hauled by road/train out of the 'unsmart state' of Qld to Victoria without bankrupting the company (we retain recourse to the majority of the formerly $10m finance facility made available by the US investment group, although I'd rather they didn't utilise that for Cougar's ownership integrity..). Hopefully the Vic govt could see through, IMO, the thick black smoke of lies and deceit that have been artificially manufactured by various parties against Cougar and it's UCG operations in Qld. I really don't think either the possibility of man-made sabotage (either intentional or via crop dusting/sump oil application etc etc) or geological leaching from naturally occuring hydrocarbons in the earth should have been discounted as reasons for the spurious & miniscule 2ppb 'contamination' of water which we must remember is far too saline in the first place for human or for that matter beastly consumption..

I'm now seriously thinking of heading back to Victoria after moving from Melbourne to the Gold Coast a couple of years back, I'm personally sick and tired of the Qld Govt and it's unwaivering support of the environmentally questionable CSG industry and it's 'sweep under the carpet'/'turn a blind eye' stance to that industry's genuine BTEX & water displacement indiscretions etc etc. I suppose money talks at the end of the day with the prospect of massive CSG->LNG royalties & monetary perks holding significant sway IMO... The playing field is always far from level when you're dealing with human nature and it's ever present frailties...
