Sure there is positive outlook for MMC :

1. This post by Diva about a report that the FS may be complete is great news. (even if it's not spot on accurate, the FS is probably close.)

2. This report

talks about China growth and their desire for cars. Each car is a lot of copper. And, world wide, each new car needs more copper than obtained by scrapping an old one.

3. A report I read yesterday (can't find it today) said that to meet demand three major Cu mines will be depleated each year. In 3 to 5 years that means 9 to 15 new mines required on stream.

Some say there will be a short term oversupply but before long Dr Copper will be in demand again.

My take is that MMC is a long term play, don't worry about price action unless you are topping up, if the FS is positive and then the BFS says GO, all the problems are only there to be solved.
