The project looks very good, interesting to note that one of the potential cost-saving initiatives stated is the "tolling of third parties' product on IOH haul roads and port facilities".
So, as several of the good folk on this forum predicted quite some time ago the balance of the 20mtpa port capacity looks like being farmed out to third parties for a fee, and this also explains the 20mtpa capacity of the proposed IOH haul road.
Straight away it's easy to see how Alwyn was able to negotiate so quickly with local players on access for the haul road - except Clive Palmer of course - they now have a local transport solution & IOH have about 12mtpa port capacity to farm out long term once the facility is fully developed.
