The chances of there being no prospectus must be getting pretty high.

* It's almost been 6 months since they last traded
* I doubt much progressed over New Year
* The cornerstone investors have much bigger problems at home than a poorly performing dirt farm in Australia
* I doubt they get much done before Chinese New Year

They already started getting their excuses ready before the New Year. They will blame it on the down turn in the mining industry for sure.

I'm having a hard time seeing how they are going to move off the current flatline.
