    Well upgrade, let's assess your judgement.
    In late May,when CQT was 93c, you were bragging
    how smart you were & how others had now "missed the
    boat" on this stock.
    Its now 66c.
    Looks like you "missed the boat" on selling
    this overrated stock.
    50c looks close with little interest now from daytraders.
