I agree the price is miserable. It will be interesting to note who votes in favour of it, but presumably the sophisticates in the last placement were clued up as to the strategic thrust of the company.
By my calcs a fair and reasonable price would be 40cents, so I won't be voting in favour of this proposal at the current price.
Putting the issue of price aside, exposure to WGR and the Rover resource, which includes copper, makes sense to me. Also bear in mind ADN resources, next to WGR are splitting their company in half. They share a boundary with WGR on their Rover tenement so there is scope for WGR to end up with a serious resource in 6 months time.
What will the 'Independent Expert' (are they ever indepent) have to say? HHmmm.....
It's no from me until we get closer top 40 cents.
